Flying by Numbers

The world’s most rewarding frequent flyer club often times didn’t feel like it was that rewarding. We worked on programs to move the needle and get fliers to be loyal again. A lot of data was transferred to create these pieces. Every welcome kit that went out was customized with 12-15 points of data. This made each piece unique to the member. Over the years of progress we were able to make it clear where in one’s journey to the next level was and also make it clear that they are appreciated and part of a bigger family.
